Haeinsa Temple
The mountain temple that houses the Tripitaka Koreana - 81,000 woodblocks carved in the 13th century and still complete, kept in storage halls whose natural ventilation has preserved them for 700 years. Both the blocks and the halls are UNESCO-listed. You can see the halls from outside; the blocks themselves are not on open display.
