A third-floor cafe looking straight out at Gwangalli Beach and the Gwangandaegyo Bridge. The name means “Plan B” in Korean, but the calm interior and tea-forward menu make it a first choice for many. Come near sunset, when the bridge lights switch on. Open 11:00-22:00.
