Dongmyeonsik Milmyeon

A beachfront spot for milmyeon, the chewy cold wheat noodles that Busan invented during the Korean War. Both the chilled-broth and spicy bibim versions are served, alongside slow-braised beef shank suyuk, with bone broth you refill yourself. Eating it with the sea in view is the whole point.
