Seoul City Hall Sky Observatory

A free observatory on the 8th and 9th floors of Seoul City Hall's west wing, opened to the public in July 2026. It looks over Deoksugung Palace, Jeongdong, Sungnyemun and Gwanghwamun, with sofas, a wooden deck and a small cafe. No booking needed, but it is weekdays only.
